They used my debit card after a free sample and took $99.95 out of my checking account. Ripoff

I saw this flyer with a free offering for a fat burning pill that you get a sample of for shipping and handling charge of $6.95, which was paid for with my debit card. No where on this flyer did it state that this company would go back into your account and use your debit card and obtain more money in the amount of $99.95 and they didn't send a e-mail verifying the free sample and that there would be additional charges presented to your debit card without your permission.

I never received anything for the $99.95 and I am having a hard time getting my money back from this company. They have another address in the state of Utah where they mail this product from and I was highly disrespected by an representative from this company

I have written to the Better Business Bureau in regards to this company practices. I feel that if they were a legitimate company they would not go into anyone checking account without first sending out a confirmation for the free offering stating that other charges would be forth coming from your checking account. Not once during the free trail offering did anything appear telling you that you would be charged additional money and that you had certain amounts of days to cancel this $99.95 charge that the company made towards my account.

Peoples be aware of this company and be careful that you do not get taken in by them.
