Unauthorized Charges, No Answer from Any Phone Number Called

On 5/13/09 I ordered a trial of the Resveratrol Ultra for $3.75 as advertised on the net and it was received on 5/16/09. When reviewing my bank account online today, 5/26 there is a charge for $87.13 for an order for this product. Their ad states you have 15 days too cancel (only 13 had lapsed from order to the next charge). I tried to call every phone number I could locate for this company and each line had a machine to answer saying that all representatives were helping others and my call would be answered in the order received and may be recorded for quality assurance. Well, that's fine with me, record the conversation, but first HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES? I held for a total of 46 minutes and NEVER SPOKE WITH ANYONE. I truly believe they know what they are doing to people by charging their credit cards early and they know the incoming calls are for cancellation requests and complaints, so they will not take the calls. I intend to go to my bank tomorrow and put a hold for anything coming through from this company. I wonder how Oprah would handle getting this product cancelled and a refund for what they charged without authorization. "Satisfaction guaranteed" "cancel at anytime". The product may work, but their way of doing business is not ethical and I have no intention of allowing them to drain my account when they feel the need for some extra weekend cash. And yes, I feel really stupid for calling and ordering in the first place, so blame me for that mistake, but they are at blame for early charges to peoples credit cards and ignoring consumer calls.
