Xm brands rip off! Charged my credit card $139.95 instead of $ 4.95

After receiving package opened to find a bill that was taken out of my account for $139.95 and it was advertised for $4.95! After several phone calls, being put on hold for an hour, my mom did finally get a hold of an actual person, and told them i was sending the package back! She was told could not return the package, they would not get it, it would go to the shipping dept. And there was nothing we could do, and to expect another package which was not ordered
wouldn't you think shipping would get it back, since it was sent from there.
Trying to close the bank account as we speak!
