Ipoff and false advertisment

On June 15 I ordered and paid for a 150 motorscooter from Brands Hut, Inc. It was delivered on July 11. Brands Hut advertised delivery in 4 to 5 days with the title to follow in 1 week. The scooter was delivered 29 days later. To this date, 8-29-06 I have not received the title. Trying to find out why Brands Hut is not sending it is very, very hard to do. Mr David
Levison will not return telephone calls or e"mail. His history with BBB is not good either.

Does anyone know how I can solve this?
