Rip Off!

I ordered Panasonic (2) PP-1151 batteries for my Panasonic phones. Received 2 generic brands (no name on package nor the word Panasonic on it). Not as pictured and sold for $21.98 each.
Called company -18 minutes on hold to speak to someone in customer service. Finally, a gal came on and told her it is about my order #. She put me on hold for an additional 13 minutes. I finally hung up and re-dialed and hit the promp for the sales department. A guy answered... He said these batteries would work fine and I stated that this mis-representation of the item I purchased. He could only apologize. Since the shipping was FREE - he cannot issue me a RMA #. So not only will I be out the shipping charges to send it back with confirmation - I opened one of them to see if I could find the workd Panasonic on it and so by doing that - they charge you a re-stock fee of 15% and another 10% for them having to re-package it. So my warning is to the consumers out there - Do not buy from this company. Terrible - customer service - the worst - learned my lesson!
