Cannot Color Hair According to Preference. Rude Owner

They cannot color your hair the way you ASK them to. The owner named Jenny is rude and treats some customers and even her employees with no respect. I have seen her talk down to her employees, as if they don't know what they are doing. Although they speak in spanish (which I am fluent in), on two occassions already I have heard them complain about her. She has no sense of professionalism. I have gone there the last two times with an appointment and have waited hours for her, but one of her friends comes in (without an appointment) and she takes them ahead of me.

Even her receptionist apologized for her doing that to me because he knew I had a point, but she was rude about it. I confronted her the second time and asked her how long I would have to wait since she obviously made time for random walk-ins (I verified first that the walk-in didn't have an appointment). She KNEW she was wrong and told me not to tell her how to run her business and walks away... Then she walks back and says shes not doing my hair anymore in a very rude tone. I was not rude to her at all even after she did that.

If you guys are looking for a good hair salon... This is NOT the place to go to. Some of the workers there do a good job with cutting your hair... And those are the people I feel bad for. The people who have to work with this rude lady who belittles them in front of the customers. As for her, she acts all busy all day but really starts talking to you when you're in the seat and brings someone else to do the job. Don't waste your time here... Go somewhere else!!
