Credit card number ripoff

Received in mail a package from GNS containing two bottles. On invoice it says "This amount ($3.97) has been charged to your credit card or checking account. $79.90 will be billed to your card to complete payment on April 25" Additionally they would ship 2 additional units every 45 days. How did they get my credit card number and address? I have never been in contact with GNS. Their customer service said a "Donna" at a web site and with a phone number both given to me had ordered the product. (Good cover story)"

Interesting that the credit card company knew almost without my naming the company, who I was complaining about. Did not someone have to steal the card to start this process?

Returning their package with the return authorization by registered mail to avoid the "I did not receive it" story. (Also closed the credit card) Very much unhappy to have to spend $ to return the scam product and the time to hopefully block this event.
