Received sample product 03/04/09, cancelled future orders 03/05. They took from my acct. 03/13. Acct. Was overdrawn because of this

I ordered their trial product on February 18th; received order on March 4th I called and cancelled future deliveries on March 5th. On March 16th I realised that $89.97 was taken from my account on March 13th. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I was charged $75 for overdrawn fee. Called on March 17th I called and spoke with Robert but this was not resolved.

On March 24th I spoke with Olga and she said this should not have happened and the money would be back in my account by March 27; as of the time of this email it was not back in my account. I was told by Kevin or Kenneth (not sure), and also by Robert that the money was returned on the 26th so because today is Friday it should be their by Monday or Tuesday. I believe they should also be responsible for my bank charges. These people are crooks and to be stopped. Companies like these should not be allowed to operate.
