I ordered $7 introductory program, my account was charged $7 $297 On March 12th I contacted my bank immediately on March 13th that unauthorized charges were made to my account. Bank told me not to worry they would get my money back that I did not need to do anything else and it was best to let them handle further contact with the OnLineMLM. April 20th I received a letter from my bank that the monies were returned. April 23rd bank charged my account the $297 $7 and said I did not contact the company therefore I never cancelled the deal that the investigator made the decision. I finally got the phone # from the bank for the company because all I had was a submit a ticket email address I have left two phone messages April 25th. I submitted a ticket that was responed to as it was too late the 30 days had expired on the digital product (which I never received) they could refund my $7 but not the $297. I never ordered the $297 product Never received a product and they new this was being investigated as fraudulant due to the bank contacting them on the 15th of March. I have submitted another ticket that response was unacceptable. Greed wins out on this one big time. BE AWARE Doing business with this On Line Guru unless you have deep pockets and can afford the hits because I am sure the hits just keep on coming. Meanwhile my bank account is overdrawn, I did everthing the bank said for me to do.
