Pan american life refusing to pay claims

This company is a rip off. We were told when we bought the plan that they only look into the last six months of your history. They claim they pay for surgery which my husband had and now they are denying the claim wrting it off as prexisting condition which is not true this problem just happen recently. They are also using a claim for me as as prexisting condition on an allergic reaction to some prescription medication I was taking. They have put us in debt now because of it and I am very fustrated fighting them to pay the claims.
Do not use this insurance they are ripping people off.
