I have not been reinbursted my $99.95 they tell me it takes time

Called this Co. To inquire about health insurance. I was given information, OKED them to withdraw $95.00 a month from my ck account the cost of the insurance and that I could cancel with-in 30 days if I was not pleased.

2 days later I saw that they took $194.95 which was 01/02 and I have not been reinbursted. What they did made me cancel right away. I called and I was told I had to wait for the information to arrive and I had to cancel in writing, this I did. I call 2 weeks after letter was sent they they claimed they never recived it, I wrote again this time Certified.

They owe me $99.95 which is not a lot of money but its the Principal. I spoke with Customer Service on 02/12/09 and was told it would be sent out. Spoke with them again on 03/09 and was told it takes time. My question. How much time.
