Refund

I received what I thought was a free sample. When I received the product the literature included a provision stating that I would be charged $78.84 monthly for a supply of the supplement. This would be an automatic deduction. I called immediately, this was in Nov. 08. I cancelled out stating that I was not at all in agreement and that this was a free sample. I received a cancellation # and was told I would receive a refund. I never got the refund. I have had live chats with them numerous times, I have copies, and they have given me the run-a-round. Finally, when I talked to them yesterday they said they gave me a refund and to check with my bank. I did. No refund. Then they said the refund was to My Colon Remedy account. I don' have an account with them. I cancelled in Nov. Of 08. I have the cancellation #. I am on unemployment and cannot afford to lose $78.84. I even sent the product back to them.
