Colon xr scam. -do not provide credit card info! They will take your money

Colon XR is a scam. They over-charged my credit card and REFUSED to issue a credit! They are unbelievable. I attempted to order a "trial" of their product for $5.95 "shipping only". The site said my card could not be processed. I tried again, thinking I entered something incorrectly. It again said my card could not be processed. I gave up and purchased a similar product from my local store.

THREE DAYS LATER my credit card was OVERCHARGED, and I received an e-mail from Colon XR stating that my order had been shipped! I never received any order confirmation in the 3 days that had passed. I tried to call them to cancel. Their message said they were closed. I tried their "on-line help" FOUR TIMES and no one responded.

Two days later I finally got through by phone. The first operator said he could not cancel it. I argued with him until he did. Then he refused to refund my money. I asked for a manager, who argued with me for 45 MINUTES! I finally threatened to call the better-business-bureau, and he said he would place a refund request with the billing department and I should check back in 7 to 10 business days. I think he just said it to get me off the phone. I will continue to pursue my refund. What a rip-off!!!
