Charging card without permission and after order was cancelled a week before

I saw the online advertisement about Acai Berry Edge. I ordered in on 1/10, my bank was charged the s/h which was required for the trial. My bank charge for the s/h went through on 1/12.

According to the ad you have 21 days to trial before purchasing. I waited and waited, received the item on 1/30. ON 1/31 I received an email from them saying they were charging my card that day!

I sent 3 emails with no response from the company, when I tried to call to speak to a person about the situation, all I got was a recorded message saying lines were busy, I tried several times with the same response.

They charged me $79.90! These people are cons and thieves. Do not order from them!
