Lied About Cancelation, Charged My Account, The wouldn't refund!

Larry at LA Fitness in L.A. Told me he would cancel my membership. The following month I was charged on my credit card. When I called Larry about it, he said that my card was canceled, but there was nothing he would do about my credit. This went on for 3 months. He completely lied about canceling my membership, then never made good on his promise.
If you can believe it, this guy is the manager there too. I guess that's why this gym is such a pit too. This location is in the worst shape of any gym I've ever seen in Los Angeles.
