No Refunds and Horrible Customer Service

These folks stated they guarantee their items with 100% satisfaction guarantee, so when I delivered their facial cleaners since it burned my encounter they stated I'd obtain a complete refund. Which was in August which is today January! I had been individual and comprehension when looking to get info from their store in the beginning and today I'm PISSED-OFF!!! Sandra, the supervisor in the Charlotte office off Sharon Amity, is wholly INEFFECTIVE as are their customer support reps! Their customer support supervisor doesn't return calls! They've had my situation "pending" for half of a year and that's inexcusable and totally silly! Don't trust these folks! Oh yes, their microdermabrasion - total garbage. Our skin never enhanced or benefitted in anyhow from their solutions. Don't trust them!!!
