Bad Customer Service - No one to speak with

American Laser Centers includes a horrible Customer Support Office. Calls are welcomed having a saving and calls not delivered for all times. The "only" customer support I talked with was exactly the same one each time I named the organization practices. She was excellent at stating corporate plan again and again although not ready to or reluctant to obtain me to some boss or supervisor. She insisted she was alone to consult with which no body may help me. I have been following a quality to some terminated support reimbursement for 3 months

Personally I think individuals are altered to "register" - in my own situation asked to some gathering and provided hors d'ouvers and wine and informed they are able to sign up and are available in later for therapy conversations. I had been never named, I never returned towards the middle, used to donot get any therapy and needed to stop as a result of genuine difficulty. I dropped my work.
