NO hair removed

After I visited National Laser Centre in Fort Worth, Texas, I had been informed that in 6 remedies, the hair on my top lip could be eliminated. If it returned over the following 2 yrs, they stated, I really could return at no cost remedies. I have been there 7 times today, and I'm still needing to cut stubbles off my encounter each day.

They (supervisor Nina) explained to get pictures of my encounter after 5 days of development. She stated she'd provide it towards the panel. I named a couple weeks later to check on the standing, and he or she explained they determined the hair on my experience was "vella hair" a.K.A.infant-good hair, which that kind of hair can not be eliminated.

Our document was delivered to customer support. And so I called customer support. I waited more than 11 units on-hold before I had been delivered to a to depart a note.

So essentially, I invested $500 to obtain the hair eliminated THEY FOUND BEFOREHAND. I have separated with $500 although not just one hair. How they remain in company is beyond me
