Ripping off people and this is the third time for me N. Miami Beach FL And Hollywood

This is the third time this company has sent product to me and my second complaint to you. My first complaint to you was e-mailed 1/17/09 confirmation code 827449.

I do not want this product and have reported said complaint to them speaking to 10 different customer service reps as of this date. This is a very aggraviting, frustrating and upsetting thing for me. I am at my wits end and have not had any satisfaction since this all began several weeks ago.

So far, I have received 3 packages at different times from this company. I returned the first package certified mail because I opened the package and received my return receipt already costing me $6.41. The second one was returned on Thursday, 1/22/09 unopened, and I have a receipt for that one costing me $2.26 to return item to Hollywood, FL. I will also return the third package which I received yesterday 1/23/09. It is also unopened and will be returned the same way as the second one was also costing $2.26.

All 3 packages were sent from the same address of 3007 Greene St., Hollywood FL 33020 and returned to that same address. This was told to all the reps I spoke with at this terrible ripoff organization.

I truly want this company to be taken down and not have them do the same to others that has been done to me. Please help me in this request. So far, this FREE offer has cost me $10.93 just to return product to them aside from the FREE $3.95 original offer.
