Like Irene. I have been victimized as well. The Ladies Total Fitness in Donelson just up and closed. We all saw it coming. The pulling up of carpets. The closing of the pool and steam rooms. But nooooo for weeks they told us over and over that they were remodeling and would stay open. Well that was a huge lie... Went one day in November to work out and guess what. Nothing. Gone. No thank you no kiss my ass no goodbye. I did get an email stating they would stop drafting my account. Soooo I was for the most part fine with it...

Now. Here it is January and I get a letter from this "collections" company stating I owe money... I would like to know what for. The girl I spoke to advised that this gym was only closed 6 days ago. Um. NOT! Lets try for over a year and now they want 300.00 from me cos I owe them per this girl...

The building that hosued the gym sits empty... Nothing. Bare... Why am I to pay for what I did not have? Why when I spoke to this so called collections are there "no managers"... Then I was told they have internet. But I couldnt forward the email I recieved from the Ladies Total Fitness saying they would not deduct it from my account anymore. Hmm.interesting concept... Soo... I faxed it... I will wait to see what happens... But I am willing to go to any measure to fight this... I joined another gym over a year ago when this happened. Paying more. Driving farther and taking more time to try to get a workout in my day...

Will update as I hear... I warned them about debiting my account. And advised I would sue if they didnt get this straight... Irene. I feel for you
