Ripoff business closed fraudulent

I was a member of ladies workout express became a member in may. On april 7 the business was packed up with no notice except that the owner said she the fitness center would be closed spring break indicated dates. Said also at that time new owners would take over on april 10 which never happen.

We the members and myself have tryed many attempts to cancel but there holding us to a 10 mile radius, which is not in my case, just found out today two of the members membership were cancel but no more. We acted in good faith but now they have turned my account over in collections saying i have a overdue account when all along they have been doing auto debit from my checking account.

This whole situation is a total ripoff and i attend to not give up. I feel i have been taken for a ride. Why should i have to pay for something thats no longer there.
