Ladies Workout Express, Matrix Acceptance, Lady Of America National Fitness Ripped me off BIG TIME! Ruined my CREDIT! Lied! Cheated me out of my money! Total scam!

In August '04 I signed up for what I thought was a FREE 30-day trial at a newly opened Ladies Workout Express. After my FREE 30-day trial, I didn't want to renew due to heart issues. However, much to my dismay, my credit card was charged (after I was promised NOTHING would be charged to my credit card) for a "membership fee." I called them and explained to them that I didn't want a membership and that I needed then to process a credit; they agreed and assured me it would be taken care of.

Well, it's now July of '07 and to date, I have heard NOTHING from Ladies Workout Express, Matrix Acceptance and/or Lady of America National Fitness until I went to purchase a new home and it showed up on my credit report! Image my surprise since it's been almost three years! I'm furious! I've had to try and explain this to the mortgage lender and of course, I look like the bad guy, but I can tell you whose the bad guy in this situation... THEY ARE!

I'm furious that it escalated to this level as I pride myself on keeping my credit report flawless. Shame on you Ladies Workout Express, Matrix Acceptance and/or Lady of America National Fitness for scamming me, cheating me out of my hard earned money and charging my credit card without permission!

Be aware of this scam because it truly is! See for yourself with the hundreds of other complaints filed on them!
