Rehabs in it just for the money, not to help

In November I decided on my own that it was time to seek help for Meth and for depression. Thats when I called and talked to Connie at the call center for Michaels house, She made everything thing to sound all great and grand, and even gave me advise on what to say during the intake to get insurance to cover it. The next day I got a call with great news, That my insurance would cover it all except for the $ 600 insurance deductable.

So with this great news I let them book me a flight and few out to palm springs from Nashville. Within the first day I got a bad taste of what was to come, They wanted me to sign papers for the $ 600 and then pay for my plain tickets that they booked and also wanted me to sign a promisary note for $17,500 I was to be there only 30 days and was advised that is was only to be $15,000 a month

After complaining and telling them that did not add up to what I was told, then they advised not to worry, they would bill my insurance and take care of the rest. Basically to schlorship me for the rest

After only 10 days of being there I was aproached by a counsler Bill and was told that I would not be for the full stay that my time would be cut short, and they was looking into other options for me and where I could go, I did panic and already had a bad taste, so I left before they kicked me out and that was to come soon, So I was out on the street the day before thanksgiving. So I ended up at the first bar I could find. I relasped from all their stress

Now I keep getting notices from my insurance company AETNA, and noticed that Michaels house had billed me for Double what they told me, They billed at over $900 dollars a day, $10,000 for the 10 days, and on top of that, they have billed my insurance for another $5,000 for days that I was not even there.

I did go to the corporate office in Brentwood Tn, to let them know about all the problems and to give them the chance to resolve it and send me back for a full 30 days as previous promised. But since that time I have gotten nothing but conflicting e-mails, Some say yes they was to scholarship what my insurance did not pay, But the responce to my Better Buisness Bureau that is online, States they were looking into other options and conflicts with the 30 day promise. I am now looking for Attorneys or anyone that can help me go after them
