They work for the insurance companies, not you and bill for work they didn't do! They came to remove trees from my home following a storm, they did the bare minimum (as the insurance company told them to) and only cutting the tree branch that was hanging on my house. Despite what they promised to do, they left me with the rest of the tree limb still hanging down, all the cut down wood and broken deck strewn across my yard (making it more costly to remove) and then turned around and billed me $3500 for 3 days of work when they only worked 1 day. They got paid by insurance co. For work never done and days never worked. Stay away from them, especially if insurance company recommends them.
