Treadmill repair phone unanswered and emails never resolved

I tried to contact them by phone {1-866-699-3756 } for repairs I needed on my treadmill and all I got was a recording. I sent emails and only received
their emails back saying they received mine and someone would contact me in two business days which never happened. I bought it on Dec 27 and still can't use it because no one has contacted me about my problem.
