Bait and switch, fraud, theft, etc

I was offered a trial offer which was supposed to only cost me $1.00. When I received the product, they had added two other more costly products with the one I had ordered and authorized payment of $1.00 for — bringing up the cost to $45.95. This amount overdrew my account. I called customer support immediately and told them about all this and then said I wanted to return everything and be credited back the $45.95. They said fine, to send it to the address on the Sales Receipt, get the tracking number from the Post Office and call them. Well, I sent the package back on December 5 and the post office said that it was received by the recipient on December 10th at 8:44 A.M.in the meantime, they have been debiting my account without my authorization, for different amounts, really messing up my account. I called them yesterday, waiting on hold for 45 minutes the first time, only to be cut off by them before I even got to talk to anyone, then I called back and waited another 45 minutes. This time I actually spoke to a man who was extremely rude and who tried to tell me that I actually had authorized everything, didn't I read the rules? I then tried to talk to him ab out my refund for the original "purchase" and he supposedly checked their tracking reports and said that they still had not received the package. I told
him that the postal service had told me that they had received it on 10th of December — then he pretended like he couldn't hear me and suddenly I was
cut off completely.By this time, frustrated and increasingly angry at this whole situation, I tried to call back. Of course I was put on hold and told that there was a 40 minute waiting period. Looking at my clock, I realized that in 15 minutes they would be closed and I would be out of luck. I decided to hang up. I have been advised to report them to the BBB and to the Attorney General's office as well. I would highly recommend everyone else to do the same. These criminals must be stopped, arrested, tried in court and be made to pay back what they have stolen from unsuspecting people like myself.
