I called in June to return the product. I was given a number to write on the package. I did not take the return to the post office that day. The next day I received another package. I tried to call several times, but was always on hold for 20-30 minutes. Since I have a cell phone, I did not want to use my minutes for calls on hold. After 30 minutes, I would hang up. Now I see that I should have waited as long as they wanted. I did get through to them today and only waited 15 minutes before I spoke with someone. I told my story to the rep. She looked up my record and immediately said that I could not receive a refund on anything because I was over the 30 days and they had not receive the product. I told her 3 times that she had not received the product because I had it in my hand with the return number on it, but I needed a number for the second bag. She kept interrupting me and finally said she must have misunderstood. She would not let me speak to a manager because she said they would tell me the same thing. After 5 minutes of her rudeness, she hung up on me. There needs to be a way to get through to companies like this. I wish that I had seen this site before my purchase.
