I was informed I would only be charged shipping to begin with, after the first month I would be charged the monthly amount with my shipments. As soon as they sent the first 2 bottles and I was charged $80 for each bottle I cancelled it because no way that was no right. Then I had to call 2 times just to get a return number, they kept saying they were emailing it to me and never did. Not to mention they never told me to get a tracking number when I sent it back. So on May 10th I went to the post office to send all this stuff back. I got a tracking number for my own good! Called them on June 2nd as I had not received a credit. The guy informed me without a tracking # he couldn't tell me if my package was received, I didn't have the tracking number handy and didn't think I needed it. So after this guy refusing to give me a manager to talk to I hung up on him. I sent the company an email requesting a manager call me back and never heard ANYTHING. Now today I called to give them a tracking number and have been on hold waiting for a respresentative for 30 minutes! Still holding. This is (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!
