I was charged $50.00 for a 30 day supply of medication that I pay $25.00 to Rite Aid in my city.

Customer service at CAREMARK told me they had shipped a 30 day supply and charged me for 90 days supply because that was their procedure and I could either go through my insurance company or file an appeal through the Appeals Dept (listed above) to get the overcahrge reversed.

The representative could not give me a phone number for the Corporate office and his supervisor did not come on the phone even though I was told to hold for her.

NeitherCaremark's web site (nor CVC's) list an e-mail address for contact or complaints.
