Charge my debit card $86.00 for weight control pills that I did not order

Same problem as the other ones have reported.

Order a sample in September 08 when they offered me a lower shipping fee. To my surprise I was charged $79.95 on my debit card on October 15 08. Shortly after I received a package that I did not recognize. I did not accept or opened the package and asked the mailman to return to sender immediately as I figured that the charge was for more pills.

I tried very hard to locate the address, tel. Or email or web of the Co. To no avail. On the 20th. Of October I was charged an additional $5.99. I tried very hard to locate the Company again by surfing the maze that this Co. Has on the Internet. I informed my bank immediately asking not to accept any more charges from this Co. And to send me the required papers to file a complain with the bank.
I found a tel. Number that directed me to a web site that has no visible links to their Co. I finally found an Email address on the trial jar, wrote to the Co. And received a very convoluted message negating the refund. They will not refund the money but will be willing to return the jar that I rejected. I will not accept the jar; I want my money. I will not stop demanding my refund. When I find the state and city they are located I will file a report with the Better Business Bureau and I will file a complain with my bank.
