Contract Fraud! Custom Built employee sign my name to contract without my permission

On September 10 I discovered that someone from the CustomBuilt Organization had sign my name to contract without my permission.

I started training with custombuilt in May of I never sign a contract with them. Every time I would ask about a contract so my attorney could look it over, they refused to provide me with one.in September I injured my back and I had to stop working out, mysteriously my name appeared on a contract, dated September 10.2008 on a day in which I did not train on.

I contacted the general manager and he gave me the run around. Finally I contacted their corporate office in Atlanta Georgia. I provided them documents with my signature on them, they ignore the documents and would not respond.

So finally I had my attorney to send them a letter and they still refused to respond.

I have seventeen paid sessions that I have not used and I want my money back.

I have found out they have no corporate office in Atlanta Georgia. This a scam to keep individuals from finding the true owners. They are bunch of liars and thieves!

I advise anyone to please do a complete background check on these crooks!
