Account Debited After Renewal Box Allegedly Signed by Someone Else

I purchased my wife several personal training sessions in July. I agreed to pay a down payment and two payments in Aug/Sept. I received my bank statement and I noticed Body of Change had continued to debit my account through the month of October. I contacted Pro-Financial Services and was told that I had signed the renewal box. I then reviewed my original contract, My contract confirmed that I had not signed the renewal section nor did I sign the original contract. I contacted Body of change again and informed the corporated office of this not only did they possess stank attitudes and they suggested that I contact an Attorney at which time, I asked for a faxed copy of the contract In which they had on file. I did receive the copy and indeed there was a signature in the proved space signed. By whom I do not know!!!
