Awful experience

Had problems with dentures fitting @ appointment I had on 10/17 and before I left their office I told them and they said I got out of the chair so i would need to make another appointment so I left called the next day asked to speak with the manager he stated that I could not be seen and the earliest I could be seen was Monday @ 10 AM I said is this the way you treat your customers and he stated that I was not a customer that I was a patient and this was a doctors office I told him that was bullshit and that they except walk ins and he stated that was for new patients only not to come out because he would not let me in the building I went anyway and I still was not able to be seen I told the manager that maybe I should tell his customers to go somewhere else he called the police when the police arrived I told them what happened and they agreed with me and that I was a customer and this was a business.
