Did not deliver promisted refund. Worst Customer Service Experience. Rude liars

This company is teamed up with Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Texas as their provider of mail order prescription drugs. They incorrectly filled my order on the my 1st use of their services. I was over charged by nearly $100. While I would hate to ever lose $100, the worst was yet to come. The experience in trying to recoup my money was a total nightmare, filled with numerous calls to their customer service center, where each time I had to request to speak with a supervisor because the agents have no authority to remedy anything. The customer service shift supervisors repeatedly promised to straighten out the situation, they just needed this, or that, or something else. Each time it was provided. Each time they did not return my call as they promised. I spent nearly 20 hours on the phone with these people, probably more. They never once did what they said they would do. It was by far the worst customer service experience I have been through in I don't know how long. Avoid using this company at all costs.
