I ordered $2,700.00 worth of camera equip. And did not get what I paid for; they left out 5 major products and denied it.in addition, the shipping was promised 3 day and it took 8 days.

The worst part of the whole experience is their customer service. I have had to call 17 times! With an avg. Of 20-30 minutes on hold, was hung up on 6 times and once intentionally by a smart a* employee. When I confronted supervisors, they too, denied it and were VERY confrontational.

No one in the company is willing to take responsibility, nor are they willing to help in a nice way, they ALL have the worst attitude I've ever seen. On the web site, and when you are on hold it says: "Customer Service is our #1 priority, and please give us some feed back and tell your friends" yet there is no where to file a complaint or on one to take it.

These people will not even let you speak, they interrupt, are arguementive, they intentionally deceive you, and are EXTREMELY RUDE. This the WORST company and customer service I have ever dealt with.

I spent 2,700.00 dollars and did not get what I was promised and wasted hours on the phone to the rudest, most ignorant people I have ever dealt with. It is quite obvious to me that by the way the deal with people that they get irate customers on a regular basis, you figure it out, and "Tell your Friends."
