I had the worst possible experience flying with this airline. It was during the storm in nyc, they had no one attending at their station from 9pm till 3 the next day. I was stranded at jfk, all other airlines had people attending their customers with pillows and blankets and food vouchers. It took two hours to get in touch with them on the phone! I was pissed and frustrated! It was the worst experience of my life and there was no one to talk to from the airline. Worst possible customer service i've ever experienced. I would advise everyone to avoid flying with them especially during winter.
