I went to a Coast Dental office in Fort Myers, FL in July. I paid what they told me was my portion after the insurance paid. They then received payment from my insurance and I was informed by my insurance that I was owed a refund of over $86. I was told that all refunds come through the corporate office, which is dragging their feet forever. I contacted them several times to no avail. I was told by Coast Dental that they were under no legal timeframe to give me my refund.
