1 Shipped Product After Cancelled and will not accept return for credit

I called to cancel this product after it kept showing up in my mailbox without my knowledge of ordering in the first place. I cancelled all orders on August 16 of which I have an email verification my account was cancelled.

I then received 4 more shipments, charging my credit card on 8/29/08,9/2/08, and 9/3/08! When I called to ask how I return I was told that I could not return these, as I had 30 days from the original shipment of products!

This company does business very unethically and they must be avoided. Don't fall for the FREE SAMPLE like I did! They are far from free!!!
