They take your money and you get nothing in return

This company will take your money, they took mine. I sign up with them in june of they told me it was health insures but it was not. I pay them 174.95 thinking i was getting health insures. I was told my card was coming in the mail and that they should get to me by the 15 of july they never came. So i call them, all they could say is because of the holiday they would be there on the 21 of july. I called back on the 22 of july to ask about the cards once more they told me they were in the mail. I ask to just cancel and they did, but when i ask for my money back i was told that i need to have the card. But how can i return something i never got. I was told once again to wait until the end of the month to see if i got them. The end of the month came still no cards. IIcalled back and was still told that i need the card to get my money back. I wait another week and a half and called back and this time i was told just to write the letter to get my money, and i did so. I gave them about 3day to recive the letter. I once again called back and this time i was told that they recived my letter but i was past the 30day trial period. How can i be on a trial period if i NEVER recive the cards to activate??? So people hear me when i say... They take your money and you get nothing in return. You have been warned!!!
