Would not credit my VISA for $84. After my dentist said not to use returned product

I ordered a free trial of a tooth whitener by charging the postage of $2.87 on my VISA card. Part of thre warning message said to ask my dental provider if I should use this product. The fine print said I had only 10 days to return the product or they would charge me $84.36, but I could not get into see my dental provider for about a month. She said not to use it because my gums were sensitive and it didn't do any good anyway. Ivorywhite sent me another package before I could notify them to cancel the order. I called and got a RMA number and returned all of the unopened products in two shipments. They gave me credit for one package, but not for the other one, so they claim I owe them $84.36. What a jip. I have asked my VISA not to pay them.
