Rip-off

I am a single parent living off $7 an hr. Part-time. I was concerned about my credit so why not look it up for free? Yeah right, the information was useless plus I never authorized a payment to be taken.

Now I am in more debt because CIC debited my account causing one check to bounce and a debit overcharge. Bounce check fees and overdraft fees and I still haven't found a number or any way to contact CIC. I am very depressed and pissed off. I want to sign up for the class action suit.
