Dishonest, Thieves... Customer service, blaming State Gov, Bank, & Call Center out of country!

I called on May 10 to have my expired cards replaced. I was told by Mat, at "Card Holder Services" that they can not electronically replace the value to existing cards, nor can they do same on another card I have which is not expired. They must physically mail a replacement, which will take 14 business days. No card received. Called again, late May, told to wait, they are in the mail. No Cards, called June 6, spoke with Medwin who said he would put in another order, and it would not take 14 business days. No Cards. June 27 spoke with Oliver who said they would over night cards. No Cards. July 1, Jonas said he would have the department who mails cards call me. No Call, No Cards. July 2, spoke with Ethan, also a supervisor, who does not a a name or phone number of "Mailing Department, " said it is Simon, and they are"Card Holder Services." They have no answer, and no solution, tracking number, no verification that any department actually ever mailed cards. I called Simon's Investor Relation phone number, who put me through to Carla, who explained they just asked DHL to sent out card July 2. Carla, at Simon blamed the State of Georgia, where the cards were purchased and US Bank who backs the cards. Simon benefits by holding onto your money, taking Huge processing fees, and hoping that you will give up on receiving a replacement card.
