Mike Yousef is a 'pharmacist' at the CVS I fill my prescriptions at. He has (a number of times) refused to refill a prescription because he 'thinks' it's too early. However, my doctor doesn't think it's too early, and neither does my insurance company.in fact, he refused to fill a prescription I had, so I called my insurance company to find out why. They said it was unethical of him to deny my prescription, and that I had every right to pick it up on the day in question. He still refused to give me my prescription.in fact, he actually yelled at me on the phone. He spoke to me as if I were a 'junkie', or a little girl that didn't know what she was talking about. I am very angry that this man actually has a job at CVS. My insurance company was shocked that he wouldn't fill my prescription. It has nothing to do with it being too early, it's because he personally thinks its too early. He has no regard for human decency. I've discussed this with some others, and another person I know has had the same problem with this man. I'm a waitress so I know what it's like to handle customer relations and I cannot believe this man actually has a job.
