Advance Green Tea supplements contract scam

I click on an online AD to try a 14 day free trial of Advanced Green Tea supplements. I recieved the product 10 days from my initial order.
After a week of trying the product, I was unsatisfied with the results and emailed to cancel order.

Only after Iwin Labs charged my credit card did they respond, saying it was past the time limit. That's when I learned that Iwin Labs, a subdivision of genxlabs, promised a 14 day free trial, but the small print only gave me within 14 days from initial order to cancel. That meant they only gave me 2 days to try the product, before cancelling. That loophole in the contract costed me $88.95, plus a 25.00 NSF fee from my bank.

I contacted Iwin Labs, the supervisor told me that I should recieve a refund and that I should email their billing department. I have recieved no response, nor a refund.
