Ripoff does not respond to my email I want my account closed it has been 30 days so far!

I would like my account closed. It should not take a website over 30 days to respond to someone. I do not want my credit card charged again. I have written iwin numerous emails and never get a response from them.
I believe they intentionally ignore requests so they can profit more gain. Please help me get my account closed.
