Over 2 years ago, I canceled my online game subscription from iWin. I just found out that iWin has been sneaking charges out of my bank accound. They even obtained my new bank card # somehow when my old card expired.
When I signed on to the site to resolve the issue, I learned that there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE. Even worse, the supposed "Online Support Center" is inoperative. It is missing a button to submit any information. Therefore, customers have no means to contact the company for assistance.
With nowhere else to go, I posted my concerns on the iWin "Tech Support" forum. The iWin site managers deleted my posts and fixed it so that I could no longer post to any forums. However, they DID NOT FIX the problem of the missing "submit" button on their support center. Nor did any employee attempt to contact me to help. For this reason, it appears as if the iWin Company wishes to makeits money bystealing fromformer customers instead ofby providinga service to its customers. Over $120was taken from me by iWin andabsolutely no servicewas provided.
