Billing date request ignored, causing two late fees

I needed to pay my bill on the last day of every month and I asked that my billing be set up this way and was assured it would be done. It wasn't. They have hit me with a late fee, which I then called into them and told them AGAIN that I get paid the very last day of the month and that's when I needed my billing set up, and they assured me it would be done. It wasn't, so needless to say, I got hit up with another late fee and I called in to talk to a "manager" and she was so incredibly rude I cannot believe it. When I am done paying for this, I am never going to use GE again.
