Increase charges after service complete, ignore pre-agreed rates, and inflate billing codes to increase payments

Before authorizing services, I had the company confirm the total cost. They even called my insurance to verify their payment for each code as a "preferred provider", and knew exactly what was going to be done.

After the services were done, I was billed for a much higher amount. I tried to find out why. Now they say the quoted price was just an estimate. Since then I found out they also billed for services that weren't done. I asked them to explain but their letters keep threatening to pay or else they will sue.
