Our ATT local service was billed for Laurentel LD and V-Mail (whatever that is), through OAN Services, services which were never ordered. Although OAN has stated that the service was canceled after I spotted the charges in March, I am still being billed without the credits promised.
My anger at ATT is that it states there is nothing they can do about it. I'm on the verge of canceling my local, LD, internet, and cell phone services because of this.
Contact your phone provider to have them block 3rd party billing. Watch your bill and keep on top of the situation. Let your anger known without becoming rude or abusive.
