Raiding my debit account at will! Stealing while everyone looks on!

About 5 months ago i order this product on line; with the understanding that i could cancel at any time. Wu-Yi Source deducted for the first shipment; i was not satisfied with the product so i called and followed with an email for them to cancel.

A representative contacted me and after he could not get me to keep receiving the product he said that the order was cancelled. For a while i did not see any deduction.

Then bam! They have started deducting from my account again; and i am not receiving any product from them! I contacted them via phone when i told the representative my concerns he told me to call back because they had i

Installed a new program and it was not up and running completely! They are taking $19.95 out of my account without my permission. I am a senior citizen with a husband with very serious medical problems; i can't afford for these people to take money out of my account whenever they want to. Please help!
